Short version: the games run in your browser. No ads, no analytics, no tracking cookies. If you make an account we store only what's needed to run it, and we never sell or share it.

Who we are

FUCK47 Arcade (fuck47.shop) is run by the operator of this site. Questions or requests: the contact address on this page (coming soon).

Playing without an account

Nothing is collected. Best scores are saved only in your own browser (localStorage). Like every website, our host (Cloudflare) briefly processes your IP address to deliver pages and stop abuse; we use hashed, short-lived rate-limit records and don't keep IP addresses.

If you make an account

• Email address (if you sign up with email): to send sign-in links and, where you agreed, our newsletter. Passkey accounts have no email at all.
• Nickname and scores: shown publicly on the leaderboards.
• Passkey public keys (if you use passkeys): to verify your sign-in. Your fingerprint/face never leaves your device.
• A sign-in cookie: a random session ID so you stay signed in (90 days). It's strictly necessary, so there's no cookie banner.
• Country (from your connection, at sign-up) and newsletter consent (whether, when and how you agreed): to follow the right email rules for where you live.
• Supporter status: if you support us via Buy Me a Coffee with the same email, so we can show your ★ badge.

Legal basis (EU/UK): providing the account you asked for (contract); the newsletter on your consent where the law requires it (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: an unticked box), and otherwise on our legitimate interest in telling members about new games, with a clear notice at sign-up and one-click unsubscribe.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting, database) and Resend (sending sign-in and newsletter emails). Both act on our instructions. Data may be processed in the US under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Account data until you delete your account. Sign-in links expire in 20 minutes and are purged within a day. Sessions expire after 90 days. Rate-limit records last at most an hour. Supporter records for people without an account are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

• Download your data (access/portability): download a copy while signed in.
• Unsubscribe: one click in any newsletter, or on your account page.
• Correct or delete: change your nickname or delete your account on the account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent (email, nickname, passkeys, scores).
• You can also object, ask us questions, or complain to your local data-protection authority.
